Lesson Twenty Eight
Irregular Verbs
In Lesson Twenty-seven, you learned how a regular verb changes from one tense to another in English. Irregular verbs are more difficult. These types of verbs are hard to use because of the way they change when they are conjugated. In some cases, they don’t change at all. The verbs “be,” “do,” and “have,” in particular, can be very difficult.
This lesson is in four parts. This first part shows how an irregular verb such as “go” changes from one verb tense to another.
